Spring has definitely arrived at Jamie’s Farm with beautiful weather and lots of new life – both animals and plants. We’ve had lambs, piglets and calves galore! Our Red Angus Bull, Valerie is looking particularly proud in the field with his new calves. Our final group of sheep to lamb should start in ten days and the first group who were born in January are already looking fat and should be ready by Easter.

The garden is starting to come into bloom and our new herb garden has been planted - we hope to keep Jemima and Charlotte well stocked for their delicious cooking this spring and summer. The dogs are as energetic as ever, with Piglet still making the most noise and getting the most fuss, depsite her size. Jive and River are looking very well and are thoroughly enjoying the spring grass.

Hopefully you are enjoying your lives at home and school and are using the things you learnt at Jamie’s Farm in your everyday lives. We all remember you and all your hard work often.

Wishing you all the best,

From Jamie and the rest of the team
