  • Jamie Feilden Founder and CEO

    Jamie Feilden

Jamie graduated from the University of Edinburgh and taught History at Haling Manor School in Croydon from 2003. He worked in the Teach First office as part of the recruitment team from 2005 to 2008, managing the Attraction team in the final year, and focusing on the Jamie's Farm project during his holidays and weekends. During this period, ten schools brought pupils to the farm, and all noted improvements in the behaviour and performance of vulnerable young people who had otherwise been at risk of social exclusion for a variety of reasons. Jamie believes that the combination of physical activity, the plethora of opportunities for achievement and the therapeutic element make Jamie's Farm totally unique. Jamie manages both the charity and the farm, and is committed to ensuring the Jamie's Farm experience is available to as many young people as possible.

  • Tish Feilden Therapy Co-ordinator

For the past 25 years she has been a psychotherapist for adolescents and families. She also trains other counsellors, psychotherapists and teachers who are responsible for school counselling services. She passionately believes that given a positive, systemic shift, children can discover new behaviours and interactions that lead to significant gains in their self image, awareness, responsibility and motivation. Working with the Jamie's Farm team, Tish coordinates and leads on the experiential therapy of each individual and group. She offers follow up support to schools and groups after the farm visits.
