One of our charity’s objectives is to make sure that our farms contribute towards our finances as much as possible, and renting the properties out is a great way of doing this without affecting our weekly programme. All of our properties are very well set-up for this purpose and our reviews on Trip Advisor and Air BnB are universally positive. Take a look at our farms and work out which takes your fancy.
Hill House Farm provides a perfect location for family groups, parties, corporate functions and group accommodation. The farmhouse welcomes guests to make themselves at home, in comfortable and relaxing surroundings. We also have a beautifully converted barn that can be rented too.
Hill House is within easy reach of Bath and its stunning Georgian architecture and a great range of bars, restaurants, shops and clubs. We are also well placed for gorgeous countryside walks, including to renowned beauty spots such as Castle Combe and Corsham, where many scenes from Poldark are filmed.
Hill House Farm is a traditional working farm, providing pork, beef and lamb to the local community, alongside our horses, donkey, chickens and dogs. Our staff, who live onsite, will continue running the farm during your stay and will be happy to introduce children (and adults) to some of our livestock. They can suggest local walks and excursions in the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Situated in the Golden Valley, within easy reach of the Black Mountains, Offa's Dyke and the Brecon Beacons, Jamie's Farm guests benefit from wonderful walks in the wilds of the countryside. With walking available directly from the door, once on site, the car keys can be hidden away for the duration of your stay. If walking isn't your thing, the area also offers paintballing, laser clay shooting, glass blowing and many country pubs offering good food locally.
The farmhouse has been beautifully restored offering the comfort of modern conveniences while maintaining the character of the original property. The newly installed biomass boiler ensures the property is always warm and cosy with ample hot water for all. Within the large gardens is a fire pit (built by visiting children) and hard surface tennis court. Sit at the fire pit and watch the stars in the dark skies after maybe a tennis tournament between friends. Around the house the working farm continues its daily routine so there is every chance newly born lambs, piglets and maybe even calves will be in the sheds - visits to see these can be arranged with the farm manager on site.
The Farm’s close ties with the local community means we can offer hampers of local produce from the local shop (to be ordered in advance).
